Artist Background
Artist Background
Utagawa Hiroshige, born Andō Tokutarō, was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist, considered the last great master of that tradition. Hiroshige is best known for his horizontal-format landscape series The Fifty-three Stations of the Tōkaidō and for his vertical-format landscape series One Hundred Famous Views of Edo

Product Specification
We use 2mm cast acrylic, which is visually indistinguishable from glass and virtually unbreakable.
We specifically do not use styrene, as, though cheaper, it is normally only 1mm thick, offers far less support, and goes yellow over time.
We use MDF backboard for strength. As MDF is a wood product, it can contain acids. To safeguard against these leeching out and affecting your print, we insert an acid free sheet of conservation barrier board between the back and print.
All of our prints are delivered ready to hang.
