I am not aware of any other print or framing company that gives any guarantee.
As members of the Fine Art Guild we use their recommendations regarding conservation materials in our production. These materials have a life expectation of between 20 and 100 years. This means that we are very confident in just giving a ten year guarantee.
What we cannot guarantee is the print itself, unless we have printed it, as we do not know how the print was produced.
