Overview

Prints & Frames Ltd. produce and sell frames and printed artworks. All of our suppliers are UK based. Prints & Frames maintains a supportive workplace for our employees.

Statement:

"This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Prints & Frames has taken to ensure that modern day slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its company or the supply chains that support the business. Prints & Frames has a zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking. Any identified concern regarding modern slavery and human trafficking will be escalated as part of Prints & Frames safeguarding process. Prints & Frames has a series of polices and processes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, which include:

Checking an employee’s UK address, right to work in the UK, references, and any gaps in employment history.

Policies to encourage the reporting of any concern and the protection of whistle-blowers.

Prints & Frames requires all staff understand and follow our Modern Slavery Statement.

Any instances of non-compliance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with appropriate and proportional remedial action where required."

• Prints & Frames will only trade with those who fully comply with this statement or are taking verifiable steps towards full compliance.

Actions for 2024/25

• Review existing supplier and contractor arrangements to include an evaluation
of compliance with the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Act.
• Request all new suppliers and contractors to make a statement to Prints & Frames to confirm that they comply fully with the requirement of the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking legislation irrespective of whether they are required to publish a statement.
• Continue to raise the profile of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking to Prints & Frames staff.
