Artist Background

Ian Cumming is a travel photographer specialising in Tibet, the Caribbean and the Buddhist world. He spends a lot of time travelling in these diverse destinations and has traversed the Himalayan region and completed his fourth book with His Holiness, the Dalai Lama. As well as climbing Himalayan peaks, he has also explored the jungles of New Guinea and Central America, dived the coral reefs of Indonesia and the Caribbean and crossed the deserts of China, Chile and Morocco.

Product Specification

We use 2mm cast acrylic, which is visually indistinguishable from glass and virtually unbreakable.

We specifically do not use styrene, as, though cheaper, it is normally only 1mm thick, offers far less support, and goes yellow over time.

We use MDF backboard for strength. As MDF is a wood product, it can contain acids. To safeguard against these leeching out and affecting your print, we insert an acid free sheet of conservation barrier board between the back and print.

All of our prints are delivered ready to hang.
