Delivery

Delivery is free of charge to Mainland UK. The Channel Islands and Isle of Man is charged at £2.99, regardless of the number of items, and free if over £100.00. Delivery to the island of Ireland is £4.99, regardless of the number of items, and free if over £100.00.

Goods are normally dispatched on the next working day by Next Business Day although this can take up to two days in practise and longer for the islands.  Canvases can take longer to allow the lacquer we apply to dry properly.

Collection

You can collect free of charge from our Market Harborough Store which is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday or by appointment.

Fletcher Prentice’s paintings are a joyful celebration of the natural world. Inspired by the beauty of the birds and plants in his rural garden, Fletcher explores the subject using textures, colours and the freedom and looseness of his paint. “My work is a constant balance. On the one hand, my fascination with the object - using paint and enjoying the qualities of paint, breaking down and semi-abstracting the subject matter and surface. On the other hand, my desire to retain and capture the natural beauty of the subject, whether the human figure, an animal or a single bird.”

We use 2mm cast acrylic, which is visually indistinguishable from glass and virtually unbreakable. 

We specifically do not use styrene, as, though cheaper, it is normally only 1mm thick, offers far less support, and goes yellow over time. 

We use MDF backboard for strength. As MDF is a wood product, it can contain acids. To safeguard against these leeching out and affecting your print, we insert an acid free sheet of conservation barrier board between the back and print. 

All of our prints are delivered ready to hang.
